Scene 1.　
Golf play near Narita / Haneda Airport

Enjoy playing golf near the airport on the day of arrival or return of your business trip or travel. Accompanying Player will pick you up at your accommodation or at the airport.

 

 

 

Scene 2.　
Play at the golf course accessible from accommodations in the capital region.

Enjoy playing at the golf course fulfilling your request and accessible from your accommodation in the capital area on the rest days during your business trips or travels. Accompanying Player will pick you up at your accommodation.

Service usage procedure

Step 1.
If you hope to play golf accompanied in Japan, please register as a friend on WeChat or LINE below.
Alternatively, you may contact us at the e-mail address below.

Step 2.
After you have completed registration as a friend, please let us know the date you want to play, the golf course rank you hope for, the golf course area, the name of your accommodation or its area, and the number of participants. (You can also contact us by email.)

Step 3.
We will return a plan (candidate golf course, golf play fee, service fee, rough estimation of transportation) that suits your requirement. If you will accept the plan, please reply to us with your consent to participate in the service.

Step 4.
We will keep your play fee for the number of people booked, the accompanying fee per group, and the approximate transportation expenses as a deposit, please pay them us.

Step 5.
You will receive a notice of receipt, then you will receive a friend registration request from the Accompanying player, so please register as a friend.

Step 6.
After that, please keep in touch with the Accompanying Player until the day of play.

Step 7.
The visiting player pays the accompanying fee and actual transportation costs in cash to the accompanying player after the round.
If you wish to pay them from the deposit, we will refund the deposit after deducting the accompanying fee and transportation expenses.
We will deduct the foreign exchange fee that occurs at that time from the refunded deposit.

※Play charge is the total amount of play fee, cart fee, caddy fee, and tax, etc, and within the price range above, and meals and drinks may be included depending on the plan.
※The accompany service fee is charged on each group to play. If the number of the Visiting player is 2 or 3, the charge for a person will be the service fee divided by the number of people.
※For the courses recommended above, the play charge vary depending on the date and the season, etc., and the course rank will be changed.

※The accompany service fee above must be prepaid at the time of service reservation.
※The transportation expense(fuel cost, toll road fee) in case of picking up and dropping off by the Accompanying player’s car is owed to the Visiting players.
Please pay up the Accompanying player after playing golf.
※The areas where the accompany service is available are the Kanto area, Nagano prefecture, Yamanashi prefecture, and Shizuoka prefecture for now.

Example of the expense

In case the number of players is 3 with rank B course on a weekday (play charge ¥20,000) in Chiba prefecture from the center of Tokyo,

● Accompany service fee (To be paid us on the service booking)
Since it is ¥20,000, the charge per person is 6,600.

● Play charge (Players have to settle themselves at the golf course)
In addition to the Play charge of ¥20,000(with caddy fee, passenger cart fee, tax included) that is set in advance, food and drink charges that are not included in this set will be charged separately.

● Transportation expenses (Pay the actual cost to the Accompanying player)
Assuming a golf course in the direction of Chiba and a round-trip mileage of 150 km, the gasoline cost is about ¥2400.
The toll road fee will be ¥5,240 for a round trip, and the total transportation expense will be ¥7,640.
The expense per person will be ¥2,546.

With the above assumed plan, the expense per person will be
¥29,046

 

Terms of Service

The NPO “ENJOY GOLF” (hereinafter referred to as “the organization”) aims to contribute international exchange through playing golf and promotion of golf as a lifelong sport enjoyable regardless of age and nationality by providing the accompanying play system that intermediate between visitors to Japan who wish to play golf and golf players living in Japan to enjoy golf together.
With this purpose in mind, we ask that Visiting Players and Accompanying players comply with the following terms and conditions in order to play safely and enjoyably.

1. Common subject matter

①．It is forbidden for Visiting players and Accompanying players to make service requests or reward requests other than accompanying play that deviate from the purpose of the organization such as having fun playing with each other.
②．The organization will not be liable for any damages caused while players are playing golf (including all actions in the golf course) or moving.

2. Visiting Player

①．When the visiting players book the acconpanying service, they have to deposit the play fee for the number of people booked, the accompanying fee per group, and the approximate transportation cost.
②．When traveling to the golf course in a vehicle owned by the accompanying player, the visiting player shall pay the actual cost of transportation (toll road fee and gasoline fee). Such payment shall be settled with the accompanying player after the completion of play.
③．If the visiting player cancels the accompanying service due to unavoidable circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows.
　・Cancellation prior to 7 days before the play date: 10% cancellation fee of the accompanying fee (fees for golf course arrangements and Accompanying Player arrangements)　 　
　　However, no cancellation fee is required for schedule changes and golf course changes during this period.
　・Cancellation from 6 to 3 days prior to the play date: 30% of the play fee for the number of persons reserved (fees for golf course arrangements and Accompanying Player arrangements, golf course cancellation fees)
　・Cancellation from 2 days before the play date to the morning of the day before the play date: 70% of the play fee for the number persons booked (fees for golf course arrangements, accompanying player, golf course cancellation fee)
　・In case of cancellation from the afternoon of the day before the play date to the play date or cancellation without notice, the cancellation fee will be the full play fee for the number of people booked and the accompanying fee per group.(Golf course arrangement and accompanying player arrangement fees, golf course cancellation fees, and accompanying player penalty fees)
④．If the accompanying service cannot be performed due to cancellation or other reasons, the cancellation fee incurred in 2-③ will be deducted from the reservation deposit and refunded.
⑤. The visiting player shall not demand any services from the accompanying player other than transportation to and from the golf course and activities on the golf course.

3. Accompanying Player

①．When using this service, Accompanying player can receive a part of the service fee paid by Visiting player and the actual cost of transportation.
②．It is prohibited for Accompanying Player to receive any direct rewards from Visiting player.
③．When moving to a golf course with Visiting player using a vehicle owned by the Accompanying player, the actual transportation cost report does not include any cost other than toll road cost and fuel cost. Profit must not be included in that cost. If profits are included, it may conflict with the passenger car transportation business established by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
④．When traveling to a golf course with Visiting players using a vehicle owned by the Accompanying player, please comply with the traffic rules and try to drive safely. In addition, in case of an accident, we request that you take out insurance that can fully guarantee the passengers. In the unlikely event that an accident occurs, the Visiting players and Accompanying players will resolve it. Our organization does not take any responsibility.
⑤．It is prohibited to receive a service request directly from Visiting players who met through the accompanying service and provide the service without going through our organization.
