Service usage procedure
Step 1.
If you hope to play golf accompanied in Japan, please register as a friend on WeChat or LINE below.
Alternatively, you may contact us at the e-mail address below.
Step 2.
After you have completed registration as a friend, please let us know the date you want to play, the golf course rank you hope for, the golf course area, the name of your accommodation or its area, and the number of participants. (You can also contact us by email.)
Step 3.
We will return a plan (candidate golf course, golf play fee, service fee, rough estimation of transportation) that suits your requirement. If you will accept the plan, please reply to us with your consent to participate in the service.
Step 4.
We will keep your play fee for the number of people booked, the accompanying fee per group, and the approximate transportation expenses as a deposit, please pay them us.
Step 5.
You will receive a notice of receipt, then you will receive a friend registration request from the Accompanying player, so please register as a friend.
Step 6.
After that, please keep in touch with the Accompanying Player until the day of play.
Step 7.
The visiting player pays the accompanying fee and actual transportation costs in cash to the accompanying player after the round.
If you wish to pay them from the deposit, we will refund the deposit after deducting the accompanying fee and transportation expenses.
We will deduct the foreign exchange fee that occurs at that time from the refunded deposit.

※Play charge is the total amount of play fee, cart fee, caddy fee, and tax, etc, and within the price range above, and meals and drinks may be included depending on the plan. ※The accompany service fee is charged on each group to play. If the number of the Visiting player is 2 or 3, the charge for a person will be the service fee divided by the number of people. ※For the courses recommended above, the play charge vary depending on the date and the season, etc., and the course rank will be changed.
※The accompany service fee above must be prepaid at the time of service reservation.
※The transportation expense(fuel cost, toll road fee) in case of picking up and dropping off by the Accompanying player’s car is owed to the Visiting players.
Please pay up the Accompanying player after playing golf. ※The areas where the accompany service is available are the Kanto area, Nagano prefecture, Yamanashi prefecture, and Shizuoka prefecture for now.
Example of the expense
In case the number of players is 3 with rank B course on a weekday (play charge ¥20,000) in Chiba prefecture from the center of Tokyo,
● Accompany service fee (To be paid us on the service booking)
Since it is ¥20,000, the charge per person is 6,600.
● Play charge (Players have to settle themselves at the golf course)
In addition to the Play charge of ¥20,000(with caddy fee, passenger cart fee, tax included) that is set in advance, food and drink charges that are not included in this set will be charged separately.
● Transportation expenses (Pay the actual cost to the Accompanying player)
Assuming a golf course in the direction of Chiba and a round-trip mileage of 150 km, the gasoline cost is about ¥2400.
The toll road fee will be ¥5,240 for a round trip, and the total transportation expense will be ¥7,640.
The expense per person will be ¥2,546.
With the above assumed plan, the expense per person will be ¥29,046
Terms of Service
This service aims to promote golf as a lifelong sport that can be enjoyed regardless of age or nationality, and to contribute to international exchange through golf. The service connects visitors to Japan who wish to play golf with golf players residing in Japan and provides a system for playing together.
To ensure that both visiting players and companion players can enjoy their game safely and comfortably, please comply with the following terms of service.
1. Common subject matter
①．Visiting players and companion players must not request or offer any services or compensation beyond the purpose of this service, which is to enjoy playing golf together.
②．The service provider (hereinafter “the Provider”) shall bear no responsibility for any damages or incidents occurring during golf play (including all activities inside the golf course) or during transportation.
2. Visiting Player
①．When making a reservation, visiting players must pay the total green fees for all reserved players, the companion service fee per group, and an estimated transportation cost as a deposit.
②．If traveling to the golf course using the companion player’s vehicle, visiting players must pay the actual transportation expenses (highway tolls and fuel costs). Payment will be settled with the companion player after the game.
③．If a visiting player needs to cancel the service, the following cancellation fees apply:
• From reservation date to 7 days before the play date: 10% of the companion service fee (handling charges).
No cancellation fee applies for date changes or golf course changes during this period.
• 6 to 3 days before the play date: 30% of the total green fees (handling charges and golf course cancellation fees).
• 2 days before the play date until noon of the previous day: 70% of the total green fees.
• From afternoon of the previous day, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: Full green fees for all reserved players + full companion service fee per group.
④．If the service cannot be provided due to cancellation, the applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining amount will be refunded.
⑤. Visiting players must not request any services from companion players other than transportation to/from the golf course and conduct within the golf course.
3. Accompanying Player
①．Companion players may receive a portion of the service fee paid by the visiting player as well as reimbursement for actual transportation expenses.
②．Companion players are prohibited from receiving any direct payments or compensation from visiting players.
③．When using their own vehicle to transport visiting players, companion players may only charge the actual costs of tolls and fuel. No profit may be included. Including profit may violate regulations related to passenger transport services.
④．When transporting visiting players, companion players must follow traffic laws and drive safely. They must also have insurance coverage sufficient to compensate passengers in the event of an accident. In case of an accident, the matter must be resolved between the visiting player and the companion player. The Provider assumes no responsibility.
⑤．Companion players may not accept service requests directly from visiting players without going through the Provider.
